Woo! I have been in bed since a little after 3 p.m., yesterday. This is not Nevada Challenge friendly. Cocoa is being crazy and running around the bed, pacing back and forth.
I'm glad I can watch hearings on the internet.
Edit -- 9:57 a.m. I should clarify that 42 USC 1983 is the law one of the crazy Homeowners Association people cited as the reason the state government couldn't get involved in existing CC&Rs. I read the law and it's really civil rights. Maybe JF can clarify for us how these two things interact?
