Monday's 'first reading' deadline is fast approaching. The legal department of LCB has been slow to churn-out our bills. If they aren't out of legal and introduced on the floor by Monday PM...the bills DIE, DEATH, KA-PUT, GAME OVER, YOU LOSE. So we had a 'double day' yesterday meaning 2 floor sessions, one at 11am and one at 5:30pm. That's no fun at all. They say that we might have to have 3 floor sessions on Monday. That would really kill my already packed Monday calendar.
I'm ready to go home and relax this weekend. This week was tough and next week will be tougher.
