Week 3 wraps up

So we're wrapping up week 3 of the Nevada 110 fitness challenge. I just put in my scores. 414 points for the week, 10 points higher than last year. I finally got my stress score up to 150, with my nutrition score. Next up is fitness (which actually dropped a few points from last week).

It looks like i've dropped about six pounds since the competition started. Probably because most days my lunch consists of a V8 and a hard broiled egg. Feeling great, though.

Anyhoo, I need a plan to get my fitness score up to the max. It seems like the best things for me to do will be to start using the weights (Which I don't d0) and start stretching before I go to the gym (which I don't do). Isometric exercise or autogenic training or any other crap that I don't know what it is.

Anyway, next week I'm going to have 150 points in all 3 categories. You read it here, folks!
