I spent a lot of the weekend working. So as a way of saying "screw you" to the man, I've decided to work from my bed this morning. I've got a bill that drops today on the floor (well, it either drops today, or it dies, right?) so I've got to be around for that. But until then, I fully intend to be hanging out at my house with my dog and my raisin bran and my laptop working... which is just like if I were in the building, only... well... I can hang out with my dog.
Really, though, this isn't about the dog. It's about the press release and the background information and the one-page handout I'm building to show legislators how cool I am. This bill is the centerpiece of one of my clients' legislative push this session. And boy, aren't we excited.
Go Missile Hurling.
