I'm a happy smurfette now that my HOA bill looks to be out of purgatory. We went to conference and frankly, I expected it to explode. But....it lasted 2+ hours and we hashed it all our differences out. I got 90% off my stuff included. Pretty good since I figured the whole bill was going die.
